Payformance has defined extensive resources and processes to provide payers with the support they need during implementation and beyond. Our goal is to implement your healthcare disbursement solution quickly, and then ensure your success in the long term.

During the implementation process, a Relationship Manager (RM) is assigned to each client. The primary point of contact during the implementation phase is the Project Manager. However, once a client is in production, the RM is the liaison between the client and Payformance. The RM is responsible for ensuring the client’s satisfaction with the PaySpan Health healthcare disbursement solution.

Note that Payformance is also available to provide training to payers and providers regarding the use of the PaySpan Health system. Training can be provided by an online demonstration or an onsite visit.
